Colin is currently a full time percussion teacher for the award winning Hampshire Music Service. In this role he teaches African and Samba drumming to complete classes of Key Stage 2 children and orchestral percussion and drum kit to a wide range of ages from Primary to 6th Form in a 1-2-1 setting. By the end of the academic year Colin will have taught over 1500 pupils and performed to hundreds more as well as staff and parents in termly concerts and master classes.

Private lessons are also available on orchestral percussion, drum kit and both popular and classical music theory. All lessons take place in the pupil's home and each lesson is tailored to suit the individual's requirements. Colin maintains a 100% pass rate and uses examinations by the ABRSM, Trinity Guildhall and London College. Currently he teaches a range of ages from 14 - 60+ and all abilities from beginner to advanced.

Colin has also lead teambuilding drum workshops for adults and tutored complete percussion sections for various brass band contests and concerts.
